Ram Jack Texas is searching for an exceptional Administrative Director to join our team. This addition to our team is a permanent position due to the growth we are experiencing.

Position Description:

The Administrative Director ensures proper flow of office procedures, and oversees the Administrative Assistants by carrying out common office duties. They maintain a positive and friendly company image. Must be self-motivated with exceptional leadership and communication skills to build a long-lasting career with our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain Office Supplies/Needs

· Implementing and generating project reports using Excel

· Manages Warranty Department
· Applies for permits
· Supports Sales Staff
· Administrative duties

Qualifications/Skills Required:

· Knowledge of Office Management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
· Strong Organizational and time management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Teachable with good work ethic
